When Pumkins Go Bad-

UPDATE: A comment Angryman made reminded me that I didn't include a picture of my favorite extreme pumpkin in yesterday's post. So here it is! [insert evil laugh]

It's Halloween and if you haven't carved all your pumpkins yet, there's a great site called "Extreme Pumpkins" which may give you some ideas.

The three illustrations here are all from the site.

And after you carve your pumpkins like this all the little kids will run, screaming, away from your house tonight and you can eat up all the candy yourself!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN, EVERYONE!!

Great site. My 12 year old daughter showed it to me last week. She wanted me to do the flaming one. I opted for a little more traditional model. I did get her her own small pumpkin. She did the puking one. And put an even smaller one under it...being puked on. My little girl. Happy Halloween.

Bruce- it sounds like you're raising her right.

I would rather have 150 screaming trick or treaters all at my door at the same time than have my granddaughter here for one more second. I am thinking about carving myself into a pumpkin.

Nice, unfortunately Malach did not do some of his more famous carved pumpkins this year . . .

Which ones did you use?

Mike- Or you could just crawl into a pumpkin and hide 'till she leaves.

Malach- Are there pictures of previous years entries?

PrePonderings- Yes, well not all pumpkins are well balanced, some have "issues".

Sirdar- And to you!

Sara- It certainly gets the award for Best Use of Califlower.

Angryman- Thanks for reminding me, I just posted it!

Now that it's over will you be taking Grandpa out of the freezer?

T-Bird: It sounds as if it didn't quite match yours, but the death toll here was lower than last year.

Sara: It may be too late. The bags he was in were found to be missing after our Great Labor Day Bar-B-Q & Beer Bash. I'm not asking any questions...

That ("Extreme Pumpkins") is a great site. I especially liked the guillotined pumpkin.

here today, gone tomorrow said...

I was a little worried because these all made me laugh out loud - hard. But then I read the comments and now I know I'm normal.

The pumpkins are cool, but I'm glad the holiday is over. Too much damn sugar in my daughter's system right now. She has been at warp 6 since yesterday.
