Spring is Here-

Yesterday I mentioned that Spring was supposed to be here, but it had been raining hard for two days. This morning the sun is out, the ferns and hostas are all three times as tall as they were last night, and it really does feel like Spring!

So it's time to dig out our new Spring Fashions!!

Ooops, perhaps not. Let's try again-

Huh. Well, we're headed in the right direction, but not quite "there" yet. When all else fails, I turn to Google image search, that'll get us something a bit more up-to-date-

Now THAT'S more like it. In fact, it makes me so happy, I just want to break out into my favorite Springtime song-

Were those clothes designed by Carmen?

Oddly, she won't say. My bet is that Cash designed the last set though- if she can't put our heads on poles she'll put them in bowls.

Aw, I want that little chihuahua. I had one many years ago and she was a sweet heart.

Not crazy about the song though.

Snort! None of MY springtime wardrobe looks like that! I'm more of an understated, Katherine Hepburn, classical kind of gal...

Les Baxter gets ALL the chicks.

..at least the green ones with springs coming out of their skulls.

Lucky prick.

Green chicks are hot.

The spring wardrobe is easy for me. I just slice off the legs of my Levi's.

To answer Angryman's question, yes, Carmen did design those clothes.

If it would get about 10 degrees warmer here, I would think that it was spring here too.

Hot dog, I'm all for poisoning those damn feathered rats. Back in my hometown, Georgetown South Carolina, my great grandfather raised the things and when he passed in the my grandfather and grandmother released them all. Fast forward to the 90's after I had just bought a brand new Camaro and began to park it in my space at my job after I finished a pretty bad day at school. The changing seasons had brought the birds back to a spot right over my car which they used for target practice, if you know what I mean. The resulting practice damaged the paint job and after telling my uncles that was then they informed me of what I've come to call the family curse.

I'm still hot for the green chicks from Star Trek.

And I've been wondering what to wear to the wedding in New York. Now I have it - short sleeved black leotard, hot boots, head spring & body paint. Superb. Thanks, Colonel.

PoP: My wife and I sing that song to our nieces to embarrass them.

Mrs. Chili: I heard that Kate Hepburn looked absolutely FABULOUS in green tights and a corkscrew hat.

Moooooog: The green ones are the yummiest!

Phoebe: Go Green!

HungryMo: Are they green Levi's?

Mike: Is Carmen going to be the Official Designer for Cash's Revolution?

Beach: Now THAT'S a scary curse.

Beach: Yeah, the Star Trek chicks always were the hottest.

Cissy: That'll be the hit of the wedding- will ou take pictures? Strutt said...

Malach: Yes, I've heard all about your egg-salad sandwiches!

Polka dots are hot.

HAHA! Carmen & polka dots!

HAHA!
What a wuss!

What a sorry excuse for a dog!

I will defeat you, Carmen.

LONG LIVE THE REVOLUTION!

The nurse attending me today as I got my little out patient thingy done, looked out the window at the snow blowing sideways and said, "Well, I guess the old saying isn't true in Utah, but maybe somewhere, Hooray, hooray, the first of May, outdoor sex is here today." It took the scare factor completely out of my little procedure and made me laugh.

Love the Lehrer song. (But, then again, what Lehrer songs aren't lovable?)

My Curmy is gobsmacked by the Babwa-Bwooks revelation. He says it's like find out Santa Claus was duplicitous.

Dude, I think you seriously need fresh air...open the damn windows and get outside in the sun.

And stay away from wildlife.
