Did you hear the audio of that exchange in the Court? Un. Fucking. Believable. Scalia needs to go, and he can take Roberts and Thomas with him.
It doesn't matter. People should have an id to vote. Do you know how many dead people vote or people vote twice? I don't care if they're Democrat or Republican, no one deserves two or more votes. Period.
If someone can't get an ID then they can get a voter card from their county.
People are guaranteed the right to vote and those who have their votes stolen by others lose that vote. How is that fair because some criminal didn't have to show his or her ID???
